May 11, 2017: Former television newsreader Tom Bradley is campaigning for better access to beaches for disabled people. Bradley is disabled himself, and has an eight-year-old grandson in a wheelchair who would love to be able to visit more beaches.

In 2013 I was injured in a horse-riding accident, which took three years to recover from. Being new to the world of disability, I looked for a brochure telling me what to expect. I couldn't find one. So, being a journalist, I wrote my own. This is it; I hope it helps others.
